Executive Chef Gregory Sirek earned the nickname “Chef Yogi” from clients for being the only chef in the business for more than 15 years that can still touch his toes. We’ve been cooking organic since the word meant living rather than higher priced.
Gregory began his culinary training in Southern Germany apprenticeship style. Afterwards finding a niche for his talent among quality and healthy minded clients in Jackson Hole and Sun Valley.
Our servers are professional, friendly, and long-term locals who can answer all your questions on how to get to the secret local spots the day after your dinner. We even have licensed massage therapists that moonlight as servers should you be having a multi-day wellness retreat or corporate function on the world’s most beautiful guest ranch in the middle of nowhere.
Chef Yogi excels in the slow food movement. We have cultivated relationships with local farmers to grow the highest quality ingredients for the finest clients. All of our dishes are made completely from scratch, even stocks, specifically for your event. Because of this, you will find things as nutritious as they are delicious.
We will create any ethnic, specialty, or dietary menus including: vegan, gluten-free, low-fat, and low-sugar focusing on what you can have.
